  Worst Vetco I have ever been to. I am a premier vital care member. I pay $300 a year to put my trust into Petco to take care of my pet. My dog is MY child, he is my baby, I would do anything for him. Today, my fur baby was playing with other dogs and had a fall/possible head injury, he seemed to be convulsing after the fall. I rushed him to Petco because I am not from around this area, and I just needed him to be checked out. I obviously know he needed a more of an extensive workup, but I just needed a reassurance he was ok. I arrived around 5:40pm and was told "they close in 10 mins they cannot see my pet". Mind you they close at 6pm not 5:40pm. To make up for it they gave me a list of other vets around. In the time she took to look for those locations the vet could have done a small look over to see if my pet was OK. I work in human emergency medicine and if someone came in with a medical emergency regardless of when I "close", I would have taken care of them. 100% recommend not to trust this place with your fur babies.Worst Vetco I have ever been to.   Would rather talk on the phone than help customers. A few minutes is fine but 20 minutes of being ignored is a bit much.

  The sales people in the isles were very informative I had a lot of questions about food for my new puppy and I was very happy with the information that I received and I do believe I chose very good healthy pet food because of your sales perso(s) he deserves a raise. Thanks for all the help❤️

  What an absolutely amazing experience my dog Utley and I had. From the first time we walked through the door immediately felt comfortable and secure that we made the right choice. The staff rearranged themselves so they could be there for my dog Utley and his surgery. Dr Dale was amazing as well kept me very confident and comfortable again. She knew exactly what needed to happen and made it happen. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped Utley and I. I couldn’t see a better result in anyway. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
