Scheduled another appointment with a separate business nearby 15 minutes after the grooming appointment to save time and fuel. Drove almost 30 minutes to the appointment. REFUSED to take dog. Asked for manager. Spoke with pet salon manager who was beyond rude. Kept interrupting while I was talking. Dog's bladder stone do not affect the grooming. Said there should be a policy or procedure that when appointments scheduled online they should review before the day of so they could notify customer they wouldn't be turned away once they arrived for the appointment. Rachel is not for to be a salon manager, had no people skills. Definitely will be contacting their corporate office.
