- CSCynthia Shannon5 days ago3.0I was told the groomer was running 20 minutes late. Back in December with my other dog, I waited 6 HOURS for him to be groomed. He is a 5 pound Shih Poo and I thought that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I set up the appointment online, so maybe your company needs to adjust how many open appointments they allow. I was told the groomers couldn’t control the online appointments.
