We waited approx 3 minutes while the lady checked out the poodle who was just finished. Rather than take our dog back to be bathed, she marked us as a No Show for being “17 minutes late” and as she had 8 other dogs to do she would not take my dog, even though I pointed out we waited 3-4 minutes for her to finish with the dog ahead of us so that should not be included in the “15 minutes policy.” We will never take our pets to be bathed there again. I felt it was quite unreasonable. She probably just wanted a break but it changed our plans immensely.

When I told the cashier, he rechecked the price at the register and said that’s the price. I said no it isn’t I can take you there and show you. He then said I can’t change it and called a manager. After waiting a manager finally came and fixed it all.
