  Cashier wasn't friendly. Needed help with potentially buying a pet. She told me to go find an associate if I needed help. Then when finding someone and needing the help. They said ill sell you a pet but you can't hold or do anything. Terrible customer service.

  I walked in to have my dog's nails trimmed. Basic, quick and reasonably priced service. Overall store was under whelming....low energy. Unlike others I visited in the past.

  Great experience purchasing my first cat in over 30 years. Adam, at the register, did a bang-up job ... very friendly, knowledable, and accommodating. Nicholas also, as he did the "kitty to a new home" set-up & paperwork. 6 ☆s !

  Went there today with my daughter who’s 6 to search for a betta fish and most of the fish was dead so I seen a lady in the fish dept which usually no one is in the fish dept but she was having a conversation with another customer who she was being rude with when the customer was just trying to inquire about her fish that died .. and I noticed she was being rude so I waited for their conversation to be fished after I asked the worker about if they had any more betta fish in the back of the store just because most of the fish they had up front was dead and she rudely said “ what you see there is what I have “ very aggressively mind you my 6 year old is noticing this and said momma that lady is a mean lady smh and I told her okay I was just asking a question there was no need to be rude .. so the customer prior that she was dealing with walked up to me and said I’m sorry she was rude to you as well I said there’s no need to apologize that maybe she shouldn’t work in petco ! And she should change her attitude we both agreed and I proceeded to keep looking around the store even though honestly at that point I didn’t even want to shop or spend money here just because of what happened and how the worker talked to me and the other customer so then while I was walking around another employee noticed me which he was very friendly and stated “ ma’am is there anything you need help with are you finding everything okay I said I was fine and I appreciate him asking me then I asked him about the employee come to find out she’s the manager of the store her name started with a A Can’t remember the exact spelling but I told him she was very rude and he apologized about my experience with her I probably stood a few more mins in the location just cause my 2 year old nephew showed up with my sister and wanted to look at the fish but moral of the story is that woman should not work at this location with the poor attitude she provided especially with children around ! Absolutely disgusting service from her I might as well went to the pet supermarket instead of this location .. absolutely sad I informed customer service petco about my experience as well smh.
