- SMSally MooreOct 13, 20251.0On Thursday I booked a grooming appointment for my french bulldog for Monday morning. I received several confirmation emails and texts reminding me of the appointment. I was told to give them a 24 hour notice if I needed to cancel. Upon arriving at the store parking lot, I received a phone call canceling my appointment! Because my dog had surgery on his back in July, I was told I needed to get my vet to approve the visit, even though petco had already groomed him in September. She also said he was over her weight limit to lift and she couldn't help him up and down. 1. Petco assigned the groomer. 2. I gave Petco my dogs weight and that he could not jump up and down off the tables when I booked the appointment on Thursday! 3. He had already been groomed by Petco since his back surgery with no issues or vet approval. 4. They had 3 1/2 days to question or cancel my appointment BEFORE I got there. 5. They require a 24 hour notice for me to cancel, but called me 10 minutes before the appointment to cancel. I will never buy anything or set foot in this store again and I have spent a good amount of money there. Terrible way to treat a customer!

My dogs didn’t like the food which they have had it before but I accidentally bought the grain free and they refused to eat it. So I only used about 2 cups out of the bag. So I decided to return it and replace it with the whole grain bag. They didn’t have the beef in the 10lb bag just the 5 lb bag so I brought it to the register and he said it was an even exchange I said no I paid for the large bag and got a discount because of the delivery. He said it was an even exchange again and said have a great day. Sorry we don’t have the larger bags? I’m sorry but I think it should have been discounted as well not an even exchange.
