  On two separate occasions within 6 months the grooming team called to reschedule my dogs appointment to a different day. I schedule these appointments ahead of time and plan my work schedule around needing to drop him off for his appointment. On both occasions there was an insincere “apology” but no compensation offered. We’re done taking our dog here. If you take your time seriously I wouldn’t get an appointment here because they certainly don’t value your time.

  Always encounter very helpful staff, Dillon at University is very knowledgeable. Fish are healthy, haven't had any issues

  Other than slow computers the representatives are always great. Would love to have you open a store in Parrish, FL.

  I walked in to find a specific supplement for my cat. No one was around and upon walking around the store I see two employees that were stocking shelves not paying any attention to people in there. I asked for the supplement to this young woman and said this is what I need and she says well I highly doubt that we have that. I told her I went online and it says that you do have it in stock that's why I'm here. She literally acted like I was annoying her and interrupting whatever she was doing. Once she went over to where the supplement was that I was looking for she emphatically pointed see I told you we don't have it here. I got a little agitated and finally just said do you know what thank you for your time I'm leaving. Finally there was somebody at the counter and asked how my visit was and I gave her the honest answer. I would not go to this place and I would not defer to the employees for questions about even the location of something. Never again.

  When we arrived, the gal at the front desk was very sweet and we sat in there for over an hour and a half. The doctor still didn’t come in because he was outside with his fiancé and we were freezing and just got up and left. I think that’s Poer business. However, the gal at the front desk was very nice, but I feel that they should be more tentative to their patients and a doctor is neglectful.
