Not only did they cut her hair much shorter than what I asked for, but the haircut is also very uneven—there are several spots where the fur is noticeably longer than the rest. On top of that, the area around her eyes looks like it wasn’t properly trimmed at all and still appears dirty/stained, as does the area around her mouth. Overall, I’m very upset with the result. For a $70 grooming service, I expected much better attention to detail and care. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
