    1st time today for my 11 month old toy poodle. He looked beautiful after a wash, dry and blowout and comb out . We will be back for a cut in a couple of weeks. Stephanie was so nice and he really seemed to like her In the past he shook like a leaf when entering s salon so i am so happy he reacted so well to going there.

    Took my dachshund in for a full grooming and they did an incredible job. I loved getting text updates along the way. Gizmo and I will definitely keep coming back! 🤍

    Excellent experience for an initial groom with our 6 year old Wheaten. He did very well, seemed to be at ease when his normal reaction to a new situation is skittish and tense We can't thank you enough for taking such good care of our guy!

    I went to this company for 6 months My dogs never went in voluntarily. The Groomer Stephanie and the Bather, Chris both exude negative energy. They would tell me things like my Old English Sheepdog would try to throw herself off the table, or they couldn’t touch her legs The final blow was Chris telling me they were going to have to charge a Comfort Fee in the future because she was so difficult. I watched Chris be very rude to another customer who had missed her appointment time. He was so rude she said she would never come back. I tried to contact the owner three times, but no response. I know he is an absentee owner and would have no idea how they run that place. Since then I take my dogs to PriSeas in Nokomis. My dogs love going there. The owner has confirmed my Sheepdog is a pleasure, never a problem and easy to groom. I dropped them off this morning and they were all wiggles and happy to see their groomer. I was the original owner of Poochies Pampered Pups, a doggy day care/grooming in Sarasota so I am fully experienced in that business.
