But if a sales associate can not answer my question and the person that works in that department has left for the day what I expect is to hear is "I sorry I'm not able to help you with that. Let me find someone who can or get a manager." Not be told "but we have this item" over and over. Several times I told her exactly what I needed and several times she told me "but we have this item." Finally I asked for a manager only to be told "I'm sorry they're busy right now." Goodbye. I'm done and I walked out.
