Thanks for the fantastic job especially with Sydney who was shedding strong from the season change. Matthew is itching less too. I'll be taking them more frequently.

- BPBojana PoposkiAug 19, 20251.0If I can give it a zero I would. We have a berniedoodle puppy that we took for a wash and a trim. Our puppy was tortured. He has razor burns on the joints, hair patches missing all over, he looks like someone rescued him of the streets. And the groomer admitted that she didn’t give him a bath or cut his nails. Unacceptable and disgusting. We are never going back, but that’s not even the point. I’m writing this review so people like me that love their dog, don’t experience the pain that we went through. I hope that the groomer that did this gets fired. The store manager called us and she was very apologetic but this is just simply unacceptable. The first picture is taken the day before and all the rest after the cut. You be the judge.
- BVBrenda VillaAug 14, 20251.0Although everyone was nice there, the quality of the grooming done to my dog was horrible. They did not round her paws off. They did not trim the hair on her legs, and all around her face looks terribly chopped. I was told they knew how to groom her.
