The Bee Ridge Petco salon does an incredible job with my pup making her comfortable and making her beautiful! For valentine's day they even went the extra mile giving a valentine's card with her paw print and having a little photoshoot with her and sending me pictures! If you're looking for a grooming salon that cares for your pet like they are thier own and make your pet looks great look no further!
- MCMaria CamposJan 17, 20261.0Extremely disappointed and upset with the grooming service at this Petco. I took my dog in just to get his fur trimmed, especially around his eyes because he has an eye allergy. I paid for the most expensive grooming package to make sure he would be well taken care of. About 30 minutes later, they called saying he had some mats and would need a shorter cut. I agreed. Then about 20 minutes after that, they called again saying he was biting the groomer and that they could not continue the service and asked me to come pick him up. When I arrived, I was shocked by how bad and incomplete the grooming was. It was clearly left half done, uneven, and poorly done. My dog was extremely stressed, nervous, and shaken. This is not normal for him at all — he has had grooming before and has always been calm and well-behaved. It honestly looked like he was mishandled and rushed, and now I’m left with a traumatized dog and a terrible grooming result, even after I ask for premium service. I am very frustrated and disappointed. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I expect Petco to take responsibility for what happened and address this situation seriously.

The woman (sorry i forgot her name long straight hair) was soooo helpful! Got him set up with a soft recovery collar he could still eat and drink with and not reach his bottom bc hes long, hot spot gel spray that OMG super worked and I was weary. I really appreciate her help she took extra time with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
