  Bonnie loves our girl "Q". Our girl loves her spa days. She let's Bonnie brush her teeth and her nails and she kisses her. All the girls are so good with our baby. When we mention Bonnie to our girl she gets so excited to see her. Thanks

  Great friendly staff. Easy app to make appointments. Our groomer Amanda asked lot of questions before taking our dog back for grooming. Our dog was happy when we picked her up, and looked adorable. This was my first time having a dog groomed, and was a great experience.

  Petco has been the only place I’ve had my dog groomed or even seen via the vet since I received her at 6 weeks old 2 years ago. The staff is pleasant but my grooming experiences have been less than ideal unfortunately. I’ve paid for the vital care premium subscription the entire 2 years with them . My dog is groomed either monthly or every 6 weeks depending on her needs and weather. Although you go over details and expectations before each groom there’s been 3 maybe even 4 instances where they, well a certain groomer , forgets and chops off and shave down my pups top knot/ poodle fro although it’s in the notes and we verbally confirm when handing her over. My dog isn’t matted or anything so it’s really seeming malicious at this point . Yesterday when i arrived they had a note on her paperwork offering 20% extra off her groom . I nor the cashier understood at first so it was ignored . I paid and tipped and then went to pick up my pup from grooming counter when the groomer expressed “ she forgot” about her top knot and had spoken to staff to get a discount on the groom due to it . So she walked us to the counter to get the discount . I kept my cool but was boiling inside bc she verbally confirmed , then called me when my baby was finished but didn’t mention it , she was outside when I pulled up but didn’t mention it , she waited until I paid and she then went back to get her and then mentioned it as she handed her over . Every time it’s happened there it’s been her and we didn’t make a scene but we explained to her each time that she didn’t do as asked . My vital care premier is up for renewal so we will see if we continue there and IF we are to even go back Amanda isn’t to touch my pup bc clearly she likes to just scalp my baby for no reason

  I am very happy with the nail buffing/ pad trim that Duncan received. The groomer was friendly, and did a wonderful job.
