  Please consider shopping elsewhere if you care about animal welfare. I keep fish, and every time I visit, I’m disappointed by the condition of the betta display, but today was especially upsetting. Many of the bettas appeared unhealthy, and the cups they were kept in were extremely dirty. While I understand that housing bettas in cups may be part of corporate policy, the lack of basic cleanliness and care is a reflection of store management. If you’re interested in keeping fish, especially bettas, please take the time to research their proper care and consider supporting stores that prioritize the health and well being of their animals.

  Wish they had kittens everyday but alas, those days are over. I like the shelter cats they need a home. I have a few and go here for my pet needs. Also like to watch the fish

  Dr. Shine is the worst vet I’ve ever met. I have multiple pets, and I have never experienced the level of disrespect and unkindness. She diagnosed my cat incorrectly with the wrong disease, telling me that he had to get all his teeth removed. After taking him to an educated vet, he was diagnosed with leukemia, and they said it was extremely obvious based on his symptoms. Dr. Shine gave him the wrong treatment, making him get even worse. If you love your pets, do not bring them to this vet. She should not have a license. The way she talked to us was inappropriate, and she even cursed at us. And when asked how she was, she said, with attitude and, “experience.” Because of her incorrect diagnosis and treatment, my cat is now in critical condition and might not even make it to next week. The vet tech Jordan was super nice and understanding. Loved her wish she didn’t have to work with Dr. Shine.

  Store is always clean but shares parking lot with chik fil a and home depot. They always have discounted toys and accessories. The pickup is always reliable and ready when it should be.
