I've had positive experiences in the past at this location, which is why I'm giving a 2 star review. However, after the visit today, I will not bring my cats back to this location.
My cats had their immunizations done at this location last October and I brought all my cats medical records from my last vet who is now retired. I opted for the 3 year rabies vaccine in 2024. One of my cats is there often as he's had a lot of medical issues. I even got vital care rewards.
I brought my cats today to get an updated prescription for the Science Diet food they are on. I was told they were due for rabies. I pushed back because they had the three year rabies last year. They said their records (they got the shot at this location last year) showed only one year. I didn't bring my paperwork with me, but they acted like they only had vaccine records on my cats, nothing else.
The entire visit, both the technician and the vet kept telling me how important rabies vaccine is, how it is required by law, how my cats will be killed and their brain sent in for testing if they bite anyone, on and on. They talked about my cats like I hadn't spent thousands of dollars on them in veterinary costs at their clinic, like I was an irresponsible cat owner because I wouldn't give my cats another rabies shot when they had the 3 year shot just last year.
I had never seen this vet or technician on any previous visits, but neither of them seemed genuinely interested in my cats or their health, they only seemed to care about guilting me into purchasing products unnecessary for my cats.

I am totally discusted with this company. I took my dog in for diarrea and an itchy foot. After trying to convince me to spend $500-$2500 on everything from x-rays to blood work, which I declined. The vet sold me medicine some probiotics and wormer?? He did not address the itchy foot, even though both my husband and I pointed out the sore. I went ahead and ordered Apoquil from Chewey and the vet refused to fill the prescription unless I spent another $90.00 and took the dog in.
What has happened to vetinary care? It seems like its fleecing the pet owner for as much cash as they can get.
