  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Advanced Canine Development . They are outstanding—caring, patient, and incredibly dedicated. From day one, it was clear they truly love what they do and genuinely care about the well-being and progress of every dog they work with. They went above and beyond for us, taking extra time to understand our dog’s personality, challenges, and needs. Their guidance was clear, supportive, and always delivered with kindness. Not only did our dog learn so much, but we did, too. Thanks to their expertise and compassion, we’ve seen amazing improvement, and we feel more confident as dog owners.   A Life-Changing Experience with Advanced Canine Development! We recently completed a 3-week board and train for our 1-year-old Springer Spaniel and cannot recommend Advanced Canine Development (ACD) enough! The entire team, especially Mark, Ali, and Emily, are absolutely amazing at what they do. They didn't just train our dog; they gave us the tools and confidence to build a better relationship with our furry family member. Our dog, Tyler, struggled with reactivity on walks and had some significant separation anxiety issues. It felt like we were at a loss, but the trainers at ACD were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. Here’s why they are so fantastic: • Expert, Individualized Training: Mark has a true gift for understanding how a dog's brain works, and Ali and Emily (along with the rest of the staff) are equally skilled and dedicated to their craft. They tailored their methods to our Tyler's specific needs and personality, focusing on patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. • Constant Communication: During the board-and-train program, we received daily updates with pictures and videos of Tyler’s progress. This made us feel connected and reassured that he was in great hands. • Training for the Humans Too: A huge part of the process is learning how we, the owners, need to continue the training. Mark and the team took the time to explain the methods and answer all our questions, ensuring long-term success. • Amazing Results: The difference in our dog is night and day! He can now walk past distractions without reacting, his pulling is gone, and his confidence has soared. He truly emerged as a more confident, well-behaved companion. We are truly grateful for everything Mark, Ali, Emily, and the whole crew at Advanced Canine Development did for our family.   Advanced Canine Development, LLC. Is top notch! Our dog is like a completely different animal in the best possible way- she sits, stays, waits. I'd give 10/10 stars if I could to the owner and staff! They were courteous, instructive, patient and kind, not only to our pet, but to us . Our dog actually learned a command in less than ten minutes of being there at our first meeting! I would highly recommend to anyone. The absolute best!

  Mark, Ali, Hayley, Emily and the team at Advanced Canine Development are exceptional communicators and trainers of humans and their dogs. Direct, compassionate, and honest are the traits that come to mind quickly when I think about what I appreciate about their process. We will continue to learn from them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to better their dog’s (and their own human) behaviors.
