  My experience was awesome, quickly was greeted by the cashier , was asked immediately if I needed assistance, the cashier I believe her name was , Jessica, she was just the best , very helpful, knowledgeable, and even gave stickers to and made my grandson happier as we checked out ...I will definitely be coming back to the St Lucie West location for all my pet needs .....10 outta 10 recommend.....

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Sara was not customer service oriented and the manager Chris other than saying he would speak to the cashier provided no solution. My son went in to pick up an order earlier than the stated time of pickup because he had an appointment at 8pm. He went to the cashier Sara or Sarah, to explain the situation and asked if he could please pick up the order himself and was told "NO, YOU HAVE TO WAIT". This was at 7:45pm, at 7:50pm magically the order was ready but my son had been told it wouldn't be so he had to leave. The cashier didn't bother to try to help get the order any quicker or inform my son give us 5 minutes and didn't even try despite them not being busy... Instead provided poor customer service and reminded me why I stopped shopping there. I started repeat delivery again to give them another shot... but was quickly reminded why I stopped shopping there. Terrible customer service, I recommend to go to Pet Supplies. I have done that in the past and have been greated with excellent customer service at Pet Supplies. When I enter the door at Pet Supplies all I have to say is, "I'm here to pick up an order and I know I'm early so I'll wait". To which I am welcomed with "No worries, since you're here, let me go get it for you so you don't have to wait" or "Let me finish with this customer (if they are busy) and I'll have it right out to you". That's excellent customer service. That's why they are growing rapidly.

  Charged me for a bath & cut but came home not smelling freshly washed nor did they cut enough hair off. They even charge you to use their supplies. Never going back!
