Every single visit, Connor greets us with such kindness and a calm, professional demeanor that immediately puts me at ease. Pepper can be a little nervous before grooming, but Connor always takes the time to make her feel safe and comfortable. One moment that really stood out was when Pepper was trembling before her appointment. Instead of rushing, Connor knelt down, spoke to her in the gentlest voice, and gave her reassuring pats until she relaxed completely. That level of patience and care is rare and shows how much Connor truly loves animals. Not only does Pepper leave looking fantastic every time, but the whole experience is stress-free because Connor creates such a positive environment. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about each pet. If you’re looking for someone who treats your dog like family, Connor at Petco is the person to trust.
