    I have always bought my fish here and for the second time they don't want to sell me fish. I felt mistreated and discriminated against for the second time. The supervisor is very racist and rude. Neither she nor my friend treated me. This is the second time I've been here. Today I felt very upset. I will not return to that place. They really make you feel like your money is worthless. They don't even respect my autistic child who was screaming for his fish. How horrible. I really It seems incredible that such a wonderful and entertaining place for one as a client has such racist employees and supervisors and lack of empathy towards the clients. I was a loyal client but until today I truly hope that the owner reads this opinion and takes action to prevent his clients from being mistreated. This is what we are becoming. This wonderful country is being destroyed by people with a lack of empathy, even with children in my hand, my rights as a client were not respected by refusing to sell me fish to brighten my children's day. How sad.

    We had a grooming appointment at this Petco at 9:15 AM and were told it would take about 3–4 hours. I never received any update until 1:09 PM—nearly four hours later—when they said it would be another hour to hour and a half. My dog ended up being there for almost 6 hours. When we got there, he was still on the table and it looked like they had just started about 30 minutes earlier. After receiving a text saying he was “ready,” we still waited another 20 minutes. His haircut was completely botched (I have photos), his nails weren’t trimmed, and none of the “Fall Package” add-ons were done. What upset me the most is that my dog—who is not crate-trained—was kept in a crate that entire time with no food, no water, and no bathroom break. When we got home, he ran straight to his water bowl, drank two full bowls, and immediately went to the bathroom for several minutes. That says everything. When I called to talk to the on-duty manager, I was told that if they refunded me, they would “have to part ways” with my dog—basically threatening to refuse service in the future. I’ve been a loyal Petco customer for years, but this was beyond disappointing and unprofessional. My dog deserved better care and compassion than this.
