My husband rescheduled them for Monday. I went back in to pick up the medication on Thursday evening. However, I was told that the vet has to dispense it and they were not there. I returned the following day at noon to pick up the medication and was told the vet called out and they could not do anything. They refuse to do an electronic prescription to order through chewy but aren’t available to pick up in person. Will not be returning for any services.

I asked a young lady who was stocking shelves for help and she found the perfect collar, even coordinated the color with her harness. We added a package of detachable flowers and she took our purchases to the register to checkout. Couldn’t be happier with the store because you have a great employee . I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name but she was so very kind and helpful, we will be shopping there again.

The manager was extremely rude and chose to convey the message as directly and with a lack of respect/customer service as possible. The message could have been delivered in many different ways, and a very abrasive method was chosen. How are the animals socialized? The animals cage was extremely unsanitary, and a disgrace to anyone who keeps/cares for animals. If I return it is out of pure necessity, though I will exhaust every other option or go without before I spend money at Petco. Abysmal.
