  Such a fun experience bringing our puppy to Petco to pick out her own toys 🐶 The staff was super friendly, loved on her like she was their own, and helped us find the perfect goodies. Watching her proudly carry her new favorite toy around the store was worth the trip all by itself. Clean store, great selection, and very pet-friendly. 5 stars from both of us.

  I’m writing with equal parts levity and dismay about an ongoing issue right at the front door of our local Petco: a “post” of dog droppings and urine the regularly goes unaddressed and, at times, appears to sit long enough to become a semi-permanent landmark. The smell hits you before I’ve even reached the automatic doors and the “land mines” are often positioned directly in the main path where customers (and their pets) have to step. What’s most discouraging is seeing employees walk by it as if it’s just part of the decor. I know accidents happen, shame on the owner of the pet that left it behind however, now it’s become an inconvenience: it’s a slip-and-fall risk, a hygiene issue, and an avoidable first impression for everyone walking in - especially families, seniors and anyone pushing a cart. PETCO you need to do better!

  Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had at a pet store. They were so very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They took their time with us, didn’t make us feel rushed, and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need, huge huge plus. Definitely will go back to this location time and time again.

  I asked the woman cashier at the time if an item I bought was suitable for a puppy. She told me no it was for adults, she then brought me over to where I could acquire the puppy treat and was very, very courteous and professional. I don’t know her name but I know she trains dogs there. So, I would like to say thank you and to let you know that she is an asset to your company.

  Went to this Petco at the corner of Dale Mayberry in Fletcher to buy treats food for my dogs and my grandson’s salotto grandbaby had to go to the restroom. They told me it was at the back of the store I went in and I’ve never seen such a filth in my entire life if they take pride in the rest of their store, the same way they do their bathroom. Do not buy food or anything that can contaminate your animals at the store. It was the filthiest I’ve ever seen I should’ve took a picture and left it online. It doesn’t take long to have somebody to clean your store and keep it up not just where they see and walk in but actually in the private areas too like going to a nice restaurant with a filthy kitchen
