This isn't the only time I've experienced how he treats customers. I'm a regular, have experienced other times and witnessed with other people. He deserves recognition. Please give this gent a raise!!

- LSLily SNov 2, 20253.0I find it funny that petco won't sell feeder fish or mice, but their Betta fish are forced to live in improper conditions. Went in yesterday to get one and there were a few dead ones and others that clearly had swim bladder from not being properly cared for. Your own website says they need running water and a temp of between 72 and 82 degrees. The fish I bought clearly has swim bladder and I'm hoping he'll improve in a better environment. This is really sad that e the company is okay with letting fish suffer but they pretend to care about animals and refuse to sell feeders.

She was absolutely awesome and had such a great attitude and answered every single question We had she made our experience super exciting and Even gave us our own homework to do so we understand how to care for the pets better. I highly recommend her and will Keep coming back for her help.

He was helpful, courteous, kind, and cheerful - I hope management understands how vital these qualities are for customer loyalty in smaller cities with little growth. He is the reason I will come back to shop there when I'm on that side of town. Also, the store in general is good - clean, welcoming, open floor plan with good signage... and they have some form of grooming and possibly light vet work? (Unsure, I wasn't there for that side of things.) Any rate, check them out.
