Great and friendly staff. Had availability on a Sunday which I’m only off on Sunday’s mainly and took my dog in last second same day for an urgent visit. Thank you so much!

Vetco has taken care of my boy since he was a puppy. Ruth the office manager is amazing! Always welcoming and calming experience for us. The Docs and techs are wonderful and efficient. They've handled every situation with care, compassion and correct diagnoses. He weighs 52.6lbs which is considered healthy but they wrote on his notes that he's overweight 😂

they took my cat in for a last minute appointment because she was doing really bad. they were quick with there evaluation and treatment, they told us everything we needed to know and what we can do to help her at home and what we needed. David, Lilli, Dr. James, and Ruth were the ones who helped us and they were so friendly and helpful and cared a lot for us and especially our kitty. they were so great and i will be coming back here for any futher care!

Where to start.....
Showed up on a Saturday for my appointment and the doctor that needed to see my cat wasn't there. Not to mention they had my cat's information wrong at this appointment and the following one.
Came back on Monday and met with the doctor for a spay consultation. Was TOLD BY THE DOCTOR that I would be contacted that day, or the following day to get an appointment for the surgery. I called in the next day because I had not heard anything, and I'm told that my cat's lab work is still pending. Call back 48 hours later and I'm told that I can't schedule my spay appointment until my cat's blood work is done and that I need to come in for another appointment. Now I'm wondering what lab work the lady was talking about when I called in previously - obviously just a lie to get me off the phone! I asked the lady why the doctor would have told me that I'd be contacted with an appointment? And what is the point of a spay consultation appointment if you don't do the necessary exams to have the spay done? Absolutely horrible experience and I will be following up with the AVMA and Better Business Bureau if I don't get his call from the doctor with an explanation for the way this has been handled, TODAY!

In the bustling environment of Petco, where countless pets and their owners seek guidance and care, Dr. Stu stands out as an exceptional figure. His consistent kindness and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere that distinguishes every visit into one marked by trust and comfort. Having interacted with him on multiple occasions concerning our dog Bean, I can attest to the fact that encounters with Dr. Stu have never once been anything less than positive.
From the outset, Dr. Stu's demeanor is inviting and warm. This friendliness immediately puts both pet and owner at ease, which is crucial in a setting that can sometimes be stressful for animals. His ability to connect with pets on a personal level is evident; Bean, usually reserved around strangers, becomes noticeably more relaxed during consultations. This rapport does not come from mere politeness but from a genuine affection for animals and a deep understanding of their needs.
Thank you! 🥰
