I ended up paying $100 for my two dogs to receive a full bath which included the bath, the blow dry, 15 minutes of brushing, Ears cleaned, glands and nails trimmed. Both dogs came out not blow dried and still wet. Of course they smelled and now so does the car. Neither dog was brushed at all. The ears and nails were only done on one dog (and done very poorly). The glands were not expressed either on one dog. The other was AFTER the bath Because the groomer forgot. Because of this, I had to give my dog a second bath at home Which defeated the whole purpose. I attempted to call in and speak with a manager regarding this without any luck Absolutely avoid. It created way more work, considering the fact I had to wash both dogs at home and blow dry them which took way longer. The groomer did not even wash the dogs fully because there was still dirt on their bellies. This was meant to be a deep cleaning bath as well Also, there is an additional six dollar charge per dog for material fees. I’m not sure how a bath cannot include shampoo. Absolutely the worst experience.
