Waited over one hour to be seen for a “drop off”! Three people in line ahead of me. One just wanted to “pay his bill”! Received a call from the Vet Female Doctor pressuring me to go with recommendations for drugs on blood issue and wanted to do urine tests, have me come back because she did not have a tool she needed with her to check animal’s urine. I said I just brought my dog Lucy in for a bacterial infection. I thought “what the heck”! I asked her several questions about what she was doing and asked her about statistics about procedures and she said she did not have time to deal with any statistics! Do you want it done or not she said. Turns out she had the wrong owner for another dog name Lucy!!!! So much for placing name collars around the dog’s neck for ID purposes. You need to get help in the front of the office and better people in the back to service our animals. The folks that assist the doctors are not trained properly either. I saw one assistant at the beginning of the week who received information from the doctor on a wellness check and discovered “the ear infection”. Then when I followed up a couple of days later a different assistant came in just to talk about my long wait and did not even check the chart and why I was there. I informed her to bring her up to date!! This facility is very, very unprofessional. I have had a business for over 50 years, I would not have lasted 3 months with discrepancies like this business. These are people’s pets, a family member.

My dog was having issues with both of her eyes, they told me they only do drop off appointments, which I wasn't too thrilled about. The medications I received did not work so I called to get a follow-up appointment to talk to the vet about what the next step should be and I was told I could not have a face-to-face appointment unless I dropped my dog off first and then I might have a window opportunity to speak to the vet upon pick up. This was extremely frustrating because I only had questions for the vet which would not require me to leave my dog there for hours alone. I would not recommend this place unless your getting routine services, such as rabies shots etc., and that's if you're okay dropping your pet off and picking them up a few hours later.
