    The customer service here stinks from the front desk to the doctors. Had a gal upfront bark at me for asking if her dog she was walking was sick because it was coughing up a lung. And the gal that took my dog to the back was like "leash your dog " after I took her make shift leash off. 1st of all, wait! Im doing it. 2. Dont tell me what to do. 3. My dog is a trained service dog she aint going nowhere or running a muck. Calm the hell down!

    I took my puppy to Banfield on February 16 for only one vaccine and a physical exam. That same day, I signed up for their wellness plan. The appointment did not last more than 10 minutes, and before and after the visit I repeatedly asked the veterinary assistant what procedures would be performed. She confirmed every time that only one vaccine and a physical exam were done. One week later, when I checked my account because I wanted to cancel the plan, I was shocked to see a balance of $390 to be able to cancel the plan, in addition to the $170 I already paid, supposedly for services performed. My account shows fecal tests (which is rare because I was not told to bring stool), medications, and even a DNA test — procedures that were never explained to me and never authorized by me. This feels like a complete lack of respect and transparency. I have no way to verify that these tests were actually performed, and honestly, it seems almost impossible that in a visit lasting less than 10 minutes my puppy received additional vaccines, fecal exams, medications, and a full physical exam. On top of that, my puppy was given a medication without my knowledge or explanation of what it was for, even though I was very clear that the only additional thing I wanted was flea prevention. I am extremely disappointed. I called and spoke with the manager and the billing department, and no one was able to provide a clear or logical explanation for these charges. I would not recommend this location. There is a serious lack of communication, transparency, and informed consent, which is unacceptable when it comes to our pets and our finances.

    Our yorkie, Niko is new to the Banfield Pet Hospital. I love how easy you can schedule appts, drop-off your pet if you wish, and the caring hearts the staff gives to our fur-baby. We have the membership plan which gives us piece of mind for our yorkie's care and keeps him all up to date on routine shots/check ups at no additional cost. We are happy that we found a great place for Niko!!

    Second person to arrive. Once inside I’m told I need to wait 30min and it was told me “It is a drop off” - what this means? That you make people wait whatever time you want when you book as many as you want at 7. Costumer service, in my opinion bad and lack or organization with the booking. Also, I was told that I would be giving the 6month supply for the simparica, when I requested it… we don’t have it has to be shipped.

    Shout out to Dr. Nicolas, and Chelsea CVT for taking such good care of Leo and seeing him in such a short notice to see him and make sure he was okay.
