Amazing customer service, Dr Romero is the absolute BEST!!! I have been with Banfield for over 18 years and I have to say, this is the best location and Best Doctor. Parking is a bit iffy but there is an available lot to the right of the building making it easy to walk over.

Great bunch or workers here. Especially the young vet tech Spanish girl and the doctor girl from Canada (forgot their names). Always in the best moods and helpful beyond their scope of work

This is the most honest review I can write. I have been taking my dogs to this facility for 5 years, and had 3 different vets and several vet techs. I will tell you that during these 5 years, all the vets were very caring and the team was extremely accommodating. My dog is terrified of vets and they are always willing to work with us. Even after I moved, I still bring my dog to this facility for this reason. The girls up front are very polite. The vet techs are very quick and efficient. And the vets are willing to work with you. They also helped my mom during the most painful event for our family, and it was when we had to euthanatize our childhood dog due to heart failure. My biggest advice for pet owners is to be honest with the team, and they are willing to accommodate you.

7/6 : Wow. This Banfield left my dog in their care for SIX HOURS without preforming an assessment. At 10am, my dog was dropped off (despite being told that I was only comfortable with an appt- being given one- and then had it taken away) and at 4pm I was called to be told that my dog couldn’t have services done that day because it’s a Sunday. Was this told before ? No Was I told my dog would be in a room for 6 hours without an assessment? No This Banfield caused my dog to sit in pain for six hours without a proper assessment or intervention. Take your pet anywhere else. Management : They tried to say that I was called at 12 - proof that I was not I was also told that a VM was left at 12:30 - Proof that I was not
