Rude front desk staff, EXTREMELY rude. Does not care about their patient care what so ever. I think your staff needs proper training all around from your other reviews as well!

STOP🛑Stay away from Dr. D she has made the experience of losing my Dog the worst that I’ve ever experienced. I went in to euthanize my dog of 10 years because she had a tumor that she was eating at and it was getting really big and we felt that it may be time and wanted to see about it. Upon arriving to the vet we were placed in the room. I was under the assumption that she would take my dog in the back and try to take a look at her. Let me know if there was anything that they could possibly do to where I could spend more time with her and as far as pain relief, but Dr D and her assistant came in with the medications and ready to put her down so in doing so I felt that the whole procedure was rushed. They were basically choking my dog to get the catheter in. My dog was crying because Dr D kept trying to put the catheter in and out, trying to find the vein instead of trying to take her time, so her assistant had to do it for her and without warning she begins to administer the medication to my dog which is 75lbs and she administered it so fast that my dog just collapsed in my lap, instead of kind of sinking into my arms like falling asleep my dog just collapsed because she was pushing the medication so fast, just to find out her shift was ending and she wanted to leave. I was told I could have more time with my dog before they came in to do the procedure, but I had about 10 minutes. I just had my Yorkie Euthanized last month NOT by DR D it was a man Dr very respectful and courteous of my situation he asked us to press a button on the wall when I was ready for him to come in. Dr. D she came in with her assistant and kind of told us it was time because she was in a rush to go home. I highly advise anyone who may want to have a decent experience of saying good bye to your fur baby stay away from Dr. D and I hope that it was worth it wherever you had to go. I hope it was worth it Dr D because you left my daughter and my family with a very traumatizing experience. 😡👎

Amazing customer service, Dr Romero is the absolute BEST!!! I have been with Banfield for over 18 years and I have to say, this is the best location and Best Doctor. Parking is a bit iffy but there is an available lot to the right of the building making it easy to walk over.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
