  The assistant veterinarian was very professional and very gentle. She explained all of my dog's test results to me very clearly.

  I have no negative remarks about Banifield . There staff are down to earth when you show up with a problem I saw them treating my dogs with so much respect and kindness I just lost my Simba and they made-sure that he was very comfortable at his last hour of life thank you so much for all you kindness and support .

  For many years, they haven't improved at all. When you make an appointment, they call you to reschedule it, and you have to leave your dog there until the vet has time to see him—making an appointment is completely pointless.Don’t go there.

  Long waits, neve see the doctors out in the rooms to talk anymore. Really not happy with that.

  We are extremely disappointed and concerned with the care our cat received at Banfield Pet Hospital. Our cat, Obi Wan, was taken in for a routine dental cleaning. He was healthy, alert, and had no neurological issues prior to the procedure. During the appointment, we received a call stating he had an ear infection and asking for authorization to clean his ear. Trusting their medical judgment, we approved it. From the moment we picked him up, something was clearly wrong. He became withdrawn, started hiding, and was unable to walk properly — stumbling, disoriented, and refusing to eat. These symptoms were not present before the visit. When we returned to Banfield seeking answers, the experience was even worse. We were told that his teeth “were not that bad after all,” and that they were unable to properly examine his ear because they did not have the necessary equipment — despite having previously identified an “infection” and performing a procedure on it. To make matters worse, the veterinarian who attended us was unprofessional, dismissive, and raised her voice at us while we were simply trying to understand what had happened to our cat. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially in a situation involving a distressed pet and concerned owners. Our cat went into this clinic healthy and came out with serious neurological symptoms. At this very moment, he is in an emergency veterinary hospital receiving urgent care due to his condition. We expect accountability, a clear explanation of what was done during the procedure, and responsibility for the consequences that followed. We strongly urge others to be cautious.
