  Excellent service! The store is currently transitioning, some shelves are a little empty but the sales rep knew exactly where to find what I needed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the various brands of food, which I appreciate learning. Thank you for great service and a great attitude during the change.

  I couldn't find the dry cat food I needed (but in fairness, it was out of stock in other stores, too) but the employees were very helpful when I wanted a different wet food for my picky cat. I like that it's near my home and stocks the things I use regularly. Will be back.

  The store was well stocked but stocking carts filled with food were everywhere. Kind of a junky look. Numerous shelves with canned cat food lacked price tags. The employees were very nice. Quick to respond. I hadn't been in a Petco for some time. This wasn't the typical look of a Petco. It was a Saturday midday so perhaps it is the day they stock. I personally like Petco and prefer it to other stores.

  Guys service is great, but keeping shelves stocked isn't. Especially when its at the store in boxes for days. Every time i go there shelves are empty. Yesterday I stop over for kidney prescribed food for one of my 20 cats and I get check back in few days when we break down the boxes sitting in the aisle. Just left there and headed to Petsmart!! Picked up what I needed there!!! Also with a discount!

  I love petco the store and people overall BUT I had to take my cat into the vet today 4/13 the Doctor and the vet tec was AMAZING. but unfortunately the lady that was receptionist i didn't catch her name was rude and didn't make me feel comfortable she was very snarky on the phone and even worse in person she says "its been a day" which I understand but being the first person I see and talk to is not what I look forward too if it wasn't for the doctor and vet tec being amazing I wouldn't feel comfortable coming back.
