I had used The Vets Mobile service for my skidish dog 6 months ago. When I went to refill my flea/heartworm prevention they had closed :( I saw online the free exam at Vetco and easily booked my visit in the morning to be less stressful for all. Both the Vet Tech and Vet were great and will be a faithful client now. Even the manager was super first thing in the morning when we arrived!!

I brought my cats in for their rabies vaccinations. The tech carried one of the cats' carrier into the room and set the carrier on the exam table and then quickly stuck her hands in the carrier to pull the cat out and he swatted. Which, hello, he is a cat and felt cornered. There is a top part they could have unzipped, or just let him walk out himself. I said I could take him out myself and that he was not an aggressive cat at all, but I was told that they wouldn't give him his vaccine because he swatted. I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of understanding of not quickly sticking arms inside of a carrier for any animal as it scares them. I also took the afternoon off of work to get this done and now have to do it again and push out my move in date for my new apartment which cost me an extra $500 fee.

Took my 11 week old puppy in for shots and to be chipped. Shot went well but when she chipped him chipped him he bled like crazy after which McKnight straight up said wasn't normal. Then when she went to scan for the chip (which she did not scan in advance even though she swore she usually does) nothing registered. No chip detected over and over. So in the end she made him cry and bleed for absolutely nothing. All they had to say was "we can try again next time". There will be no next time. "Dr" Jean McKnight is a joke and if you value your pets comfort do NOT bring them here. It will be worth every extra penny to get my puppy real care with a real vet.
