    The vet is absolutely unstaffed and disorganized. I was there for a total of TWO hours for a scheduled rabies shot for my cat. I sat in a dark small room for over 40 mins until someone finally came in to ask basic information. After waiting additional time and going back and forth about calling her vet for records which they never did nor do I know what for but regardless I ended up emailing them a pdf from my vets app for her vaccination history. Finally the Doctor comes in for a total of 7 mins for a shot and exam which should have been done hours ago. They don’t register rabies shots with the county which would have been nice to know nor was I informed until I asked, when I asked how to do it “they don’t know” also wasn’t told it was going to be a 3 year rabies shot instead of a year. Then at checkout once again nobody was there but a line of customers so waited additional time, long story short NEVER AGAIN

    My experience was amazing. Alittle hectic on my end because I didn’t keep up with my dog maintenance. The Vteco total care is so good at what they do. Aerial and Tammie very understanding I wish I knew everyone name who helped me out 😔

    Had an appointment with Petco’s vaccine clinic for a Rabies shot for my cat. Received my confirmation email and then received a reminder email regarding appointment. Showed up to the Petco Vet area and was told Vaccine Clinic is not there today and while usually they can fill you in and honor the Vaccine Clinic prices, they would not be able to do that today. The lady did not offer to help, no rescheduling, and pretty much said good luck elsewhere. If you can’t manage appointments properly or even try to make up for your own mistakes, I don’t trust you giving my pet any kind of medication. Scheduled vaccine appointment for elsewhere

    Unfortunately I will continue to drive 30+ minutes to avoid this locations grooming salon. Always extremely unprofessional. Last time they confirmed my 3:30pm appointment I had made 2 weeks prior only to cancel an hour ahead of time because “it was scheduled for too late in the day”. This time I drop my dog off at 3pm and was told he will be done in about an hour. Yelitza was complaining about the customer who was unhappy in front of me but I just laughed it off and left to run errands. 30 minutes later I had 2 missed calls. Another 15 minutes pass and I received 3 more calls in a row and answered to see if there was an emergency but Yelitza was just notifying me at 3:55 that she needs to leave by 4pm and I needed to come pick my dog up right now, then hangs up on me. I drop everything and head that way only to be called 5 more times from multiple numbers telling me I need to get there faster. When I arrive she is extremely rude and tells me “I told you I have to leave by 4pm. You’re late.” She then rolls her eyes when I responded that I did not know this until she said this at 4pm after harassing me. She dropped my dog on the counter & just said “pay over there”.. This place is a mess. Do not trust these people with your dog. I was scared she would treat him poorly if I didn’t get there fast enough, the way she spoke to me.

    Got a hamster from here on the 9th and I am very disappointed with the way they cared for it. I had it for about a week and after a couple of days of it being home I noticed it was always sleeping, wasn’t moving much, had her eyes almost shut most of the time, losing weight, wasn’t eating or drinking, and peeing and pooping on herself. I thought she was depressed and kept an eye on her expecting her to get better. Until the 18th, I picked her up from her enclosure and noticed blood on her parts and a matted lump of what looked like feces and dried blood. Concerned, I took her back to get looked at by a vet and was told I’m able to get a refund if the animal looked sick or isn’t acting right if it is brought in before 30 days and they will do their “best” to try to help. I received my refund pretty much right away no questions asked and went back in to make sure they were going to take care of it since I wanted my pet to be taken care of and they advised me they would have a vet take a look and try to help with no payment required since that’s what their refund policy says. I spoke with tom about my concerns and he assured me he would keep the hamster at the store to see a vet, gave me the store number and to call on Monday at 2. Fast forward to Monday at 2 we call the store, speak with tom and he tells us to try again tomorrow at the same time. So fast forward to today at 2 we call again and are greeted with a different gentleman who informs us that there was “nothing” they could do and that the hamster had passed. I highly doubt it actually even saw a vet considering every time I visit the store their vet co is always closed almost like they don’t have a vet on site at all. I’m disappointed with the way my pet was handled and how I was blown off. I will not be doing business with them anymore.
