I adopted a kitten and they have been walking me through this experience since week 1. Awesome vets and kind receptionist. I do recommend the wellness plan since it splits up what you would spent in 3-4 visits over the course of a year and you get unlimited telehealth. The kitten plus plan includes the neutering, too. Way better than reimbursement insurance. Facility is very clean. Appointments are available on the daily so you can do same day appointments. Parking is shared with restaurant but I always fine at least one spot open. They tend to get busy in the evenings (that’s when surgical patients get picked up) but they give you full attention when it’s your turn. The best part of the wellness plan is that you can go to any Banfield. I’ll be putting that into use as I travel with my kitten up North for the holidays.

If I could leave zero stars I would.
I called to tell them my cat had blood in his urine. They tell me to bring him in immediately. After they have him sitting there alone and stressed from 12:30-4:30PM, they then call me to tell me they can’t do anything because they could only sedate him before 3PM. Blood in urine is one of the main cause of deaths in male cats if not caught on time, which should be treated with sense of life or death urgency.
The lack of urgency for an animal in this situation was so disheartening and disappointing.
Think twice before ever taking your baby/ loved one to a banfield hospital at all or ever again.

My dog was under their care and I paid for the optimum wellness plan for two years for them to ignore signs of her having cancer and a tumor that led to her death. And with only two month remaining for the plan to renew they continue to bill me. It’s money hungry and in gross taste.
After speaking to the assistant manager and sharing all my grievances they still want to charge me for the two months remaining for my dog that passed away. I shared how when I took either of my dogs they always made me drop them off but I would request for in person appointments and I never got to speak to a vet face to face. Every time I’d pick up my dogs their paws were bloodied and nails broken. And when I took my dogs for a dental cleaning she was so doped up she couldn’t walk and she vomited. And there are groomers that can do dental cleaning without drugs or putting them under. Terrible service and not empathy for a customer who was with them for over two years. I had to watch my dog die a very traumatic death and pay an emergency animal clinic $1000. And Banfield just wants to keep charging me after all of this and all the mistreatment I received while being a customer there.
I would never recommend this clinic to another person. Take your pet here if you want all your concerns ignored.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
