They gave me a in room appointment the same day I called, they where super attentive to my dog needs, nurses where super nice and the dr answered all my questions and the vet is super tidy and taken care of you can really tell they make an effort to have everything looking nice for patients. I have other banfields that are closer but I’m definitely driving to this location again.

I was helped by Deja, an attending nurse, she was very helpful and patient explaining the procedures my cats would receive and answering my questions. Leaving me confident that my two kittens were in good hands. I also received a call from the Doc explaining the exam findings and getting my approval to go ahead to administer medications. Finally, when it was time to pick my kitties, the assistant manager Jackie was super kind and helped make everything clear about the billing and future care expenses I should know about for the future. All in all, I feel I made a great choice with Banfield Pet Hospital and highly recommend this office.
- KKKatherine KApr 23, 20261.0I visited the Pincrest Florida location most recently and the extreme unprofessionalism and blatant lying of the veterinarian was appalling. I reported it to Banfield directly and never heard back from them. I had to hire a lawyer for them to even listen to me and when I did corporate said they reached out to me which they didn’t. I am highly disappointed and have taken my dog elsewhere. Interestingly, my dog has had chronic ear infections for YEARS and has been “treated” by Banfield. As soon as I took her to a new vet, they gave her a different medication and, while it is taking some time, the infection is actually clearing up. Banfield does not care about your pet. They just want your money.

Lindsey (I hope I said it right ☺️) is the sweetest, kind person. The Dr's are caring, loving and explain everything. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND this Banfield in Pinecrest.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
