  You could have had a customer for life. The workers and groomers were always respectful and helpful, which is why I signed up for the Vital Premier plan. But my first vet appointment completely changed my experience. I scheduled it for 4:45, showed up on time, and was turned away because they said they don’t take 4:45 appointments. No one ever called or notified me about any change. I lost comp time, travel time, pay, and my entire afternoon over something that could have easily been communicated. Because of that, I canceled my plan and won’t be coming back.

  My partner just went today to get our cat checked out because he was sick and we are worried we made an appointment the night before they confirm a few minutes before entering the doors they call canceling she walked in said they didn't have enough staff and they were packed today the room was empty not one other customer and the rooms were empty we told them that we could wait we don't mine waiting sometime they said no we are assuming how it was noon they just wanted a longer lunch and whatever the case this is extremally unacceptable and unprofessional To us it looks like they don't care about the animals and only their comfort if you can't or don't want to take any patients at noon (aka lunch time) don't allow people to schedule those hours recommendation 0/10
