- MGMaritza GarofaloNov 4, 20251.0The experience with the pet groomer was completely unacceptable. Despite providing clear instructions and showing a picture of how much fur to cut from our Pomeranian, she proceeded to shave him entirely. Pomeranians should never be shaved or trimmed short, as this can damage their fur and lead to health issues. It’s evident that this groomer lacks basic knowledge about dogs. She was unapologetic and showed no concern for our concerns. At home, we discovered our dog had very red skin under his belly and legs, likely caused by the clippers, along with a cut on one of his legs and paw. We entrusted Petco with our beloved dog, and we are extremely upset and worried about his health. This groomer must learn proper techniques for handling dogs and customer care immediately.

- HTHayxa TandronSep 22, 20251.0If I could leave a 0 I would. Yanitza was thee worst groomer ever. Not only was she rude from the moment I arrived. She was not nice to my dog. She telling her to just calm down already. Once she took her in within an hour she called me saying she had awful news, who says this? Only to tell me my dog had a few knots and had to cut more hair. Then called again asking how long till I get there? When I picked my dog up, she smells, she was not bathed, her nails were not cut and her teeth not brushed and she said just take her to a vet for that. My dogs legs are all uneven, she has knots that weren’t even combed through or cut off. She smells and she looks worse now. I am so disappointed and this is not ok and petco should be ashamed that they have offered this type of service
