I politely asked if they could check online or help me place the order so I could still get the discount, but they refused and said, “No, you have to do it yourself online.” They didn’t even try to help or verify the promotion. It was rude, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time. I ended up ordering everything online by myself. Honestly, it’s better to shop online you’ll get the discounts, avoid rude service, and save yourself the frustration. I hope Petco improves their in-store service in the future.
