The only thing I don't like with the clinic is to drop your cat early morning for dental cleaning. I do not wake up early and I have some shoulders problem making hard to dress up early in the morning.

0/5 Do not bring your pets here, abysmal service.
Similar to another review on here, we brought our cat with a urinary obstruction about 3 hours before this location closed. When we arrived, there was 1 customer checking out and 1 just waiting in the lobby. As we were attended immediately after the 1st customer, we assumed the one sitting had been taken care of already. From the moment the attendant opened her mouth, we knew it was going to be bad.
She asked why we were there, we said our cat might have an obstruction and hasn't peed all day. She rolled her eyes and asked the same question again, as if what we just told her wasn't valid. My husband repeated himself, and she suggested an appointment for the following day. We reiterated that this is an emergency, and it was evident she couldn't care less. She argued back sarcastically that "it changed things" and proceeded to tell us again to get an appointment for the following day. She handed us a list of other places that could help, and as we walked out, in the most miserable and automatic tone of voice, she said "wishing your baby good health."
We ended up driving to another pet clinic where we were informed we had taken our cat there just in time. I'm somewhat glad this staff member showed us her true colors, otherwise our pet may have had a horrible time here. But the fact this was truly an emergency and she did not even bother taking our information down to check the system (we have an account) speaks volumes.
I have, on other occasions, brought our pet here on a regular appointment, and have been asked to wait because another pet has arrived with an emergency. I gladly wait it out. But when it's our turn to have an emergency, we're refused service. Appalling.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
