    I’ve always heard great things about Banfield, but this specific location has been nothing but disappointing. Every single visit feels like a test of patience — I’m constantly made to wait excessive amounts of time, get calls to reschedule, or am told to come in at a certain hour only for them to not be ready or even there. My time is valuable, and it’s incredibly disrespectful to treat clients as if we have nothing else to do but sit and wait. To make things worse, they told me one total price in the morning, and when I came to pick up my pet, the amount was three times higher. No explanation, no warning — just a completely different number out of nowhere. That’s unacceptable and feels like a complete lack of honesty and transparency. If this had happened once, I’d let it go. But this has been a pattern — over and over again. It’s unprofessional, frustrating, and shows a serious lack of organization and respect for their clients’ schedules. I expected much better from Banfield, and this location has completely changed my opinion.

    They cancelled my appointment, after I was already there , and I was 15 minutes early, for my cat. The reason they gave me was "everyone was leaving early today." I will never make another appointment there.
