  Our dog Jack had an ear infection. They moved his existing appointment up from two weeks to yesterday when we called. Very professional and courteous. Thank you for take ng care of Jack.

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the care my dog received at your facility. After recently moving to the area, I brought my dog in for a consultation regarding a broken toe. Your team recommended two different braces to purchase through amazon. Unfortunately, neither of these braces fit properly, and as a result, my dog developed a severe infection. Your proposed solution throughout this process appeared to be keeping her heavily medicated, rather than addressing the root of the issue. I continued to bring her in weekly for follow-up visits, expecting proper monitoring and care. On one occasion, I was instructed to leave her at your facility for X-rays. I then received a call from your team asking how she was doing—despite the fact that she was in your care at that exact time. This raised serious concerns about communication and oversight within your practice. To summarize my experience, there was a clear lack of accountability, poor communication, and inadequate follow-up. After everything that occurred, I did not receive any calls or outreach to check on her condition. This level of care is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to your facility and would not recommend your services. Stay away!!!!

  TEN OUT OF TEN STARS First, Madison was incredibly kind on the phone, and then later in person. Then Kasi and Dr Sarah took a lot of time to provide compassionate care for poor Mr Kitty. They also spent a good deal of time and effort to teach and comfort me, especially since I was a train wreck. Dr Sarah has won my heart. Kasi's ninja skills dealing with an extremely upset tiny tiger - chef's kiss! Girl, you are amazing. The compassionate care we received there was incredible, and Mr Kitty will never go anywhere else.
