If I could give a ZERO star I would! I have never been more disappointed in a veterinary clinic than I am with this one. I brought my cat Mila here for an entire year because I trusted them with her health. I repeatedly voiced concerns about her strong mouth odor, noticeable weight loss, and obvious discomfort. I was always told it was “nothing to worry about” and that switching to dry food would help with the odor. No deeper examination or effort was ever made, even though it was clear something was seriously wrong. The most heartbreaking part is what I learned after I switched vets. The new clinic immediately discovered a severe infection across the entire right side of Mila’s mouth. All of her teeth on that side are loose, and she has been in tremendous pain for who knows how long — something this clinic missed for an entire year. The new vet told us that if we had waited much longer to bring her in, she probably would not have made it. To know that my cat suffered like this while I was reassured everything was fine is devastating. On top of that, this clinic added a “feisty” note to Mila’s chart, which now makes perfect sense: she was behaving that way because she was in excruciating pain. Meanwhile, the new vet described her as one of the sweetest and most gentle cats — which she absolutely is — once her pain was finally acknowledged and treated. That alone says everything about the lack of attention she received here. And sadly, our experiences didn’t end with Mila. We brought our new kitten here before switching vets as well. We were given what now seems to be a very weak medication for her cold. She improved temporarily, then suddenly started bleeding from her nose. When I called in panic, they told me to bring her back in — and then charged another $65 just for the doctor to check her heartbeat and tell us that the only thing that could be done was to perform a $300+ test we could not afford. No alternatives. No compassion. No guidance. Just pressure to pay for expensive testing before any real care would even be considered. The difference between this clinic and our new vet was immediate and obvious. The new clinic showed us actual evidence of what was wrong, didn’t push unnecessary tests, charged fair prices, and actually cared about helping our pets rather than maximizing billing. We spent so much time, money, and trust at this clinic, and in return, our animals suffered. I am disgusted and disappointed by the lack of proper veterinary care we received. I do not recommend taking your pets here. If your instincts tell you something is off with your animal, please get a second opinion — because ours nearly paid with her life for trusting this place for far too long.

Helped my cat with his health issue, however my cat came back with a flea infestation. We’ve been dealing with this issue for 2 months now with 2 cats. We’ve taken our cat to this vet two times and each time our cat has come back with fleas.

Useless is the only word that accurately describes this place. I took my dog in for diarrhea and she was prescribed medication for roundworms only. Two weeks later, my puppy still has diarrhea. I purchased the so called “Wellness Plan” and have yet to visit a Banfield where my dog has been accurately diagnosed. All they seem to do is sell you overpriced medication. I don’t think they care about the animals whatsoever. It’s ALL about the money for these people.

Worst place ever. These people don't know anything. For a veterinarian they don't know hiw to diagnose your pet. I brought my dog in and said he had a tumor and wanted to do surgery when in fact it's not a tumor. I took him back for another problem and said it was his anal gland when in fact it's a tumor. These people need to go back to school. You damn sure don't need to be in business. Will never go back or recommend them.

My eleven year old fur baby was in a lot of pain on August 25, 2025 when I took him to Parkway Animal Hospital. The receptionist got us in to see Dr. Bartlett right away. After he examined Lil Tower & found him to be unoperatable and I asked him about euthanizing because of the severity of his pain. He was so kind, patient and understanding. Dr. Bartlett put my fur baby to sleep and let me hold him & cry. Then he said when you are ready, I will stop his heart. I hugged, kissed him goodbye and held him until all movement ceased. I picked out a beautiful cedar box for his cremains. One week later I received a call that I could pick him up. The box came with a paw print, certificate of cremation and a name tag. Should I ever get another fur baby, I will want to have Dr. Bartlett take care of us.
