I was practically shamed so much about my set up that I decided to not purchase anything from that location and went to PetSmart down the road. It’s normal to ask question about the persons tank when their purchasing fish but this employee went a bit too far. Telling me the fish will most likely die because my water hasn’t been running for 3 or more days (I told her the tank has been set up for 2) after being ridiculed for approximately 10 minutes just on water treatment she then limited me to buying only two fish to see if they’ll “survive and react to my set up”. I’ve had tanks my entire life and am a frequent fish enthusiast. I’ve never had such a struggle attempting to purchase the most beginner level fish. If you’re gonna purchase fish from that location, make sure you have the most advanced set up known to man. I just hope they put this much dedication into the people adopting their other animals. I decided to give 2 stars instead of one just because she was so dedicated to those fish.

And god forbid you ask for any help. She practically throws down whatever she's doing, rolls her eyes, and proceeds to help with no enthusiasm whatsoever. I figured the first time it happened she was just having a horrible day. But the following visits where exactly the same. I finally asked cashier(who is extremely nice btw) 'do you get complaints about your manager?' And he replied 'None....Today' :D
