They're really cool about drop off and pick up if we have to work when the pets have an appointment. Everyone inside is SUPER nice. We use them for all routine appointments and care for our fur babies and every experience has been positive. They saved my kitty after she was attacked by a coyote. We didn't think she was going to make it but she's good as new because of them. We love Banfield!

I could not have been more pleased! Everyone was so kind Dr. Borecky was extremely thoughtful and thorough in his examination of my cat! He had a wonderful bedside manner too,! They all went above and beyond professionally and personally!

By the time I caught them my dog was already whimpering, yelping, screaming, and peeing all over the place. These people are as incompetent at they are evil. I have numerous other business and customer service oriented complaints as well. This is just another giant faceless corporation that doesn't a care about their customers or the pets left in their care. They don't deserve one star for abusing my helpless dog. He needed help and I will never stop feeling guilty about trusting these people with him. I went to cancel my plan and now they are telling me that they intent to charge me for abusing my dog. My dogs are always there to comfort and protect my autistic son and I made the mistake of letting these people torture one of them.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
