- MMMNov 14, 20255.0Petco is my favorite pet store in Palm Coast. The friendly helpful staff, and clean sanitary atmosphere, along with the wide product base keeps my family shopping here. Several stray cats adopted my husband and me, and we buy food, grooming tools, and pet friendly products from Petco. Petco has a wonderful supply of cat toys too. I bought a cat spa from an out of state location and wish I could buy several more as it's a hit with Sammy. Tank, Milo, and Oden all love their cat towers laced with various cat treats. Thank you for upholding the Petco tradition of supporting a thriving nation in the community. 🙏💞🙌😀🤗👍😀

And I have to wait 20 minutes to see if she can help me. I asked for the manager and he said “she is alone today and she’s very busy “ I showed him all the text messages I had received in two days to confirm my appointment and he said I have not idea why they send me the text messages. Horrible customer service and horrible management If you don’t ask for full services then you are not entitled to receive any services.
