- NNNicoleApr 4, 20261.0Been calling to set up appointment knowing my cats prescription card is running out in 2 weeks, no one ever answers the phone, so I go there to try to get a day script card so I can get him food, and the girl in the front with black hair and glasses was just plain up nasty saying well im by the phone now, I said obviously I wouldnt be here right now if someone answered the phone, I say I need an appt and she tells me the price and I exploded bc they like to add more and refuse to see you then, if I could do negative stars I would!!! That lady needs to get fired for crappy customer service! I wouldnt trust her with my fur babies!
- CFConnie FranchiMar 2, 20261.0NEVER go to this pretend pet care place. My dog weighs 25 lbs and they gave me hearworm meds for an 80lb dog. I told them about it and they said opps. Then I called to pick up my pet for a check up. And they told me she will be out of surgery soon. WHAT she was there for her annual shots not surgery. Then I had a dog which they operated on a small cancerous spot. And they took out the stitches to soon before it healed so my dog had to be rushed to emergency animal surgery to close it. Opps again I’m hoping no one subjects their pets to these butchers. If you try to cancel it good luck!
- LCLaura CaronJan 24, 20261.0Don't EVER do drop off visits for your Pet's, they'll end up getting respiratory infections and fleas when you leave them for drop off appointments. Which then end up coating you hundreds in medication and your pets suffering. They used to be great and now they're terrible

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
