  Best grooming experience ever. I called and talked with Ashley, who is at the front desk and she was awesome. She got my dog a appt within 4 days of calling and was very helpful over the phone!! When we arrived, Ashley greeted us and was kind, helpful, and overall very pleasant!! They were patient with my Puppy! They are thorough in their work. They groomed her exactly how we wanted it. They cleaned her ears, clipped her nails, and they made her look and smell wonderful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a groomer!!!!

  First time to this groomer and not a fan. First the owner got a bit of an attitude with my husband regarding the cut. She said well I’m the master groomer , well we are the paying owner! The staff was very friendly not going to deny that; however when we went to pick her up she was in a kennel which I specifically asked not to put her in there. I was not too happy about her cut as it is uneven along her sides and stomach. Then when we got home noticed she has what looks like razor burns on both sides of her head where it is cut way too short. This is unacceptable, you state you are a master groomer but don’t listen to what your customers are asking you to do. How would you like to go for a haircut and come home with a shaved face that looks like it was done with a dull shaver? Lesson learned and will not be back. Edit: Yes I did state I did not want her put in a kennel when I scheduled her appointment. You called and we left immediately to come and get her. We also stated we did not want a standard Airedale cut. She is not a show dog. I really could have been rude because personally did not like the cut. I figured it is hair it will grow back, but after we got home it is uneven and her skin was red and irritated for the last several days Yes, I have had her going on a month and this dog has been nothing but sweet. Since being groomed there I have had to take her to the vet as she has not been eating and the vet said as well those are razor burns on her face. If you would like I have the vet visit records regarding this and it just cost me $167.00 to take her. This dog has been a sweet girl with a great appetite and since Saturday she is not been acting the same. And furthermore she has been groomed approximately every few months, they just aren’t taking it down to the skin!

  First time at Cristy’s grooming and i have had 4 schnauzers and this is the best cut i have ever had on them

  I would like to thank the Groomers at Cristy for the great job they did on my 3 dogs.I also would highly recommend every dog lover looking for a groomer Cristy’s is the place to go.
