  Always a pleasure when visiting this location. Store is clean. Staff is very helpful. The fish dept always looks great! I always leave with a smile on my face ☺️

  Today was the 2nd time we have taken our dog to this location and both times they have shaved our baby completely bald without our permission claiming she was “matted” the manager and employees of this location were very rude and nasty and refused to give us a refund or even issue an apology for the inconvenience KELSEY cut our pebbles fully bald without permission and told her manager we gave her permission to do so the manager then banned our dog from ever being able to be seen there again and refused to let me explain my side of the story no customer should be treated how we were treated today

  Forever I will LOVE PETCO GROOMING! My Ben has been a regular here for years! Always feels welcoming, employees are always fantastic and helpful, setting appointments for grooming-done, easy peasy! My Ben loves it here, stress-free, is always excited to go see ANGELYNE!!!!! Not only does she treat Ben more than great, it's like red carpet service for my boy! She is the greatest groomer EVER! All of them are awesome sauce!! Before and after pictures of my Bens Spa Day! Enjoy!!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The employee at the front register, who had orange hair, was extremely rude and unhelpful during our visit. While another employee was in the back unloading a truck, the employee at the register stated she could not leave the front to assist us. We were then told we had to wait until the truck was completely unloaded before anyone could help. We waited approximately 20 minutes before asking again about assistance. While I understand there may be safety concerns about leaving a back door open during a delivery, customers should not be left waiting with no support, especially when there is only one person standing at the register and no one else in the store. This situation reflects either a lack of proper training or inadequate staffing. Petco should consider addressing this to ensure customers receive basic assistance in a timely and professional manner.
