- CSChristin StricklandMar 29, 20261.0If I could send no stars and negative comments I would. There were dead fish in the tanks. Dead and hurt axolotls. If you cant properly take care of them you shouldn't get them in and sell them. It was absolutely terrible and you are hurting those animals and should be ashamed of the conditions they were in. There was a fish person standing in the area doing nothing when I walked up so I dont understand why dead things were floating in the tanks. He also stated that they dont have the facility to take care of axolotls so I dont know why you would get them in other than to make money. It was appalling and disgusting. As someone who owns and researched axolotls before getting one it hurt my heart to see them in this condition and if I could have rescued them I would have.
- RTRaji TearMar 1, 20261.0The staff is very nice but when it comes to gerbil and small animal pet care, they honestly think anything is OK with them and it’s not. my gerbil now we’re suffering and is not eating the food that I gave them because somebody told me to give them something different now they’re not eating, one of them has a ruptured cyst. Also DRY DUST BATH you can’t give a gerbil that and I was told that was safe. Unbelievable. It can cause respiratory problems for small animals. How does nobody know that? so I’m actually very unimpressed with what knowledge these people have. I love everything that they have would totally go back for the toys, but they need to acknowledge that gerbils have a very sensitive respiratory system, and they can’t be given everything that you guys say
