  Metrowest Vet office has a great team and atmosphere! My pup, Draco had his first doctor visit and was he was completely relaxed and well taken care of the entire time. Any questions I had were answered with warm professionalism. I would def recomend these guys for any veterinary needs!

  I recently found myself at MetroWest veterinary clinic, in an emergency situation with my puppy. I had rushed over to a different clinic ( I won’t mention the name) in a panic for my puppy’s life, where I didn’t feel any quick reaction to our issue. As I sat in despair, I started to google other clinics in the area. MetroWest veterinary clinic was first to catch my eye and I immediately left and head to Metro West. As I entered, I was instantly greeted with the kind of love and care that I would expect from any healthcare provider. I knew I was in the right place when they preceded to ask me what was happening with my puppy. I felt like it helped me just as much as it would my boy, which soon after the nurse came to start the process of getting us ready to see the Vet. Everything turned out for the best. I tell my experience, because I would like to commend MetroWest for their dedication and service that I personally witnessed, from what I consider true healthcare professionals. I would always recommend this staff and as for my puppy and I, we have found a home for all our future visits and emergencies.

  Whitney and her teams have proven to be invaluable to my dog. CaliGold and I she needs a monthly injection for anxiety and we stop by every month and her teams come out and do it in our car. It actually has transformed our lives and my dog is living longer and happier because of it thank you to everyone at Metro West Veterinary!!!

  DO NOT bring your French bulldogs to this establishment. The vet tech was holding my franchise by his neck hard enough my frenchies eyes were closing, drooling and boarder-line passing out. When I asked if he’s putting pressure on his neck, he then released and acted as if he didn’t. His right eye also had a bulge due to the pressure from the neck. Since then: My frenchie was throwing up, unable to breathe, with a goose honking noise and eventually was laying on the ground trying to breathe 10-15 minutes upon leaving vet. He now has severe sleep apnea where he stops breathing numerous times for over a minute. Fighting to catch his breath. None of these symptoms were prevalent prior to this incident with the vet tech. I have contacted the vet to email me the footage of the day since there is a large camera right there. It’s been close to 2 weeks without a response.
