Dr. Tiffany Jamieson Helped my puppy with his vaccinations at the vaccination clinic! She is very kind, and patient. I wish I could remember the names of the assistants, they both were sweet too!

I’ve used Petco vaccination clinics before, but the Winter Park location was stressful. The vet works in a glass-walled room next to the grooming area, which is noisy and upsetting for pets. My dog refused to enter, slipped her collar, and we never reached the exam. The vet kindly suggested the Colonial Drive store, but there I was told my dog’s record said she “tried to bite the tech” — completely false, as she never saw one. Petco can set its own policies, but false notes and inconsistent setups are unacceptable. I won’t return and suggest finding more calm, consistent care elsewhere.

I was at vetco with my dog 2410 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32803 I had a terrible encounter with an employee named Dre. I simply asked for a sticker for my dog’s vaccination record, and he suddenly became aggressive and started yelling at me. He told me to leave the store and falsely claimed to be the manager, even though I know for a fact there are two other actual managers there. Dre was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. His behavior was unacceptable and showed a total lack of customer service skills. Someone like that should not be working with the public. I will not be coming back.

Go to a real vet, there's a reason why it costs more. This isn't a vet, it's a person in scrubs who visits petcos to give shots. They over book themselves so appointment or not you'll be waiting. Petco ropes off a corner in the back of the shop so there's nowhere to sit while you wait. You're in line with a bunch of other animals at the same time with nothing to separate them, while I was there I saw one dog snap at another. Customer service is non- existent. You can't call because it's a pop up shop. I've never seen anything so unprofessional.
