She mentioned that he had a few matts and she did a good job of getting them out. As far, as Petco itself...I was disappointed to know that I was unable to get my free grooming due to my coupon expiring 5 days prior. I was completely unaware that it had an expiration date. The guy at the cashier seemed so unpleasant and unempathetic towards my disappointment. I had really thought that I was finally going to get Milo's 8th cut free. I don't know if I will be renewing our membership next time.
