She provides updates when I need them about my dog's coat or skin and suggests different care products if desired. Petco and Cassi are the only place I trust my dog to be groomed and taken care of and recommend them to all my friends.

One of our dogs is very scared of strangers and she is the ONLY person outside of our family who he loves. She takes the best care of both our dogs and they look amazing every time she’s done with them. We actually pass another Petco on our way just so my dogs get groomed by Cassi!

My dog Pippa absolutely loves going to see her — the moment we pull up, her tail starts wagging like crazy. Cassi has such a gentle, loving way with animals, and it shows in how relaxed and happy Pippa is during every visit. Not only does Pippa come home looking adorable and perfectly groomed, but I can always tell she’s been cared for with kindness and attention. Cassi listens to exactly what I want, offers helpful suggestions, and consistently goes above and beyond. Finding someone you can trust with your pet is priceless, and Cassi is simply the best. Highly, highly recommend!

She knows Annie's quirks and handles her very well. Annie always looks great when she is done. The staff is very friendly to us both when we come in. The prices are good for the service provided.
