I got a text reminder to bring in vaccine information, check in was thorough and easy and Alexandria was pleasant and efficient. Grooming was done by Issac, and we had the best groom I think of Zoe's life. My dog was happy and stress-free at pickup. She looks gorgeous! Thank you both for the amazing job you do, you make a difference and are appreciated. I just wish your cashiers weren't so miserable Lastly, I felt it's poor business practice to add on a service fee of $5.99 that does not go the the groomers or having anything to do with the service I scheduled (you stole that part of Isaac's tip! My apologies Issac). Why would you nickle and dime customers that want to spend money here? Your grooming prices are def higher than PetSmart and Pet Supermarket...and for the same money I could just have a mobile groomer come to my front door. In today's economy, that is something to think about Petco. That is why you are getting 4 stars instead of 5.
- JOJammy OrtegaDec 29, 20251.0I cannot say how disappointed I am of my experience today there. I bring my 16 year old chihuahua regularly for bath and nail trimming. I have never had an issue and usually they get my dog back within an hour (she has short hair so is pretty easy and straight forward). Today, I got to the appointment I made for 9am and got there early. Unfortunately they don’t give me my dog back until 1pm. (Even after I went there asking for my dog around 11:30 since it was taking too long) The groomer Lauren was the one that took care of her. Everything from the service provided, the timing, the communication to me and even up-charging me for stuff that I did not ask, everything was a nightmare today with them. I am so disappointed and was concerned for my dog being in that place for so long. I will definitely request to make sure she is no where near my dog ever again. I am furious and dissatisfied with everything with this place today.

- DFDrew FitchDec 24, 20251.0Came into Petco on Lee Vista last night to get a recovery suit for my dog . Along with the staff being very rude , I opened the recovery suit and it had dog hair and splotches of blood on it . Will never return to petco!
