Recently my dog was scheduled for a routine check up at 530pm that I scheduled and confirmed the previous day. I arrived with my doggy 10 minutes early and was told they no longer have time that day to treat my dog. So they knew how to make the appointment but they didn’t know exactly how to hold the appointment. Thank god this was not an emergency because we would have been planning a funeral for my dog thanks to Petco. The assistant and the dr were very nasty and were acting as if they had better things to do than to proceed with the appointment t that they scheduled for me. It was the end of the day and they were just ready to go. Very disappointed and I will be looking for an another vet from now on. So sad. Update: they replied pretending like they were going to acknowledge this issue. They have not. Just generic ai email. Save the headache and stay away!
