I was sold an anemone that the person employed at petco said it was an mini maxi anemone, that he said he seen opened up prior and identified its as such. Well I live an hour away and turns out he sold me a long tentacles purples anemone. It's things like this that makes it hard for me to want to continue shopping at your company. So I lost money on an item that wasn't what I wanted.

I was concerned about cost so they recommended helping hands who only operates Monday through Thursday So I called this morning on a Saturday after he was seen yesterday asking how much it would be to have the surgery there they blew me off and said oh we can’t do it here. I asked what do you mean I was told by the doctor he could do the surgery she said. Doctor‘s not back till Wednesday and at that point helping hands is my best option. I feel like they turned me away because I was concerned about the cost and when I explained to the girl, that’s not what I was told yesterday she hung up on me. Do not recommend this vet at all.
- VBVictoria BrantleyJan 31, 20261.0Went to drop off my pet to the groomers and the groomers manager was standing in front of the store smoking a cigarette and before I could get out the car Nikki “told” me “if you are having grooming services today, you need to move your car before we can service your dog” I explained to her I am just running in and out and we all park here and It’s never been a problem; has the rules changed? After moving my car I spoke to the one of the managers on duty she advised we as staff can’t advised customers where to park. I am not sure how this employee still works for this company. She is very unprofessional and makes the store look very bad!
