Clean. Friendly staff. Good Dr. I was freaking out because my 11 week old puppy was throwing up for no apparent reason. They did their best to keep things calm and help my puppy. I really appreciated them!

Took my little one. They were great. Took good care of her. First time she don’t pee going to the vet. Lol. They didn’t try to make up problem that didn’t exist and send me off with a fat bill. As a matter of fact they were very decent. And helpful and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend.

I wish I could give this clinic a better review, but my experience was deeply disappointing during a stressful time.
My cat has been very sick, and I took him to MetroWest Veterinary Clinic seeking help. The initial examination fee was $25, which was affordable. However, when the veterinarian recommended blood work to diagnose my cat’s condition, I was quoted $300 for the tests.
As a pet owner, I want nothing more than to provide the best care for my cat. Unfortunately, $300 was simply beyond my budget at that time. When I explained this to the staff, I was met with complete indifference. No one offered:
A payment plan option
Information about lower-cost alternatives
Referrals to affordable veterinary clinics or animal welfare organizations
Any compassion or understanding whatsoever
What hurt the most was feeling like the staff didn’t care about my cat’s well-being at all. When you’re in a vulnerable position, worried about your sick pet and struggling financially, a little empathy goes a long way. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and helpless.
I understand that veterinary practices need to charge for their services, and I’m not disputing the quality of their medical care. However, compassion and customer service are just as important as medical expertise. A good veterinary clinic should work with pet owners to find solutions, not just turn them away when they can’t afford expensive procedures.
I hope this clinic will consider training their staff to handle these situations with more empathy and provide resources for pet owners facing financial difficulties. Until then, I cannot recommend them, especially to anyone who may need flexible payment options or affordable care.

Honestly, kind staff but way too expensive for the results we get. Brought in our dogs for GI issues, but they did NOT do a fecal test cause we had to bring it in. Why is this not posted on their site or why were we not informed before the exam? Dogs were given probiotics only. We had already tried OTC probiotics, but were told “well these are prescribed so this will help”. Then charge $350 total (one exam was discounted from the $80 exam to the $25, and was charged $43 for a nail trim!!!). Giving medication and absolutely no changes. $350 is a fair amount for two dogs, as long as there are results!!! And no call backs to check on how they are doing. I hate it when people say “they are in it for the money”, because we don’t truly know their hearts. But $43 for nail trim…no dremel. Well, they succeeded in scamming us once with the “$25 first exam” coupon, but never again.

I truly enjoyed my experience w MWVC.🙌🏽This isn't my first rodeo, I've been to other Vet Clinics and taken my cats and dogs to just for routine checks. But this time ft different. The ladies at the front desk made me feel warm and inviting like I was apart of the family already.🫶🏽 They made my kitten feel safe in there arms🐾🧶. Dr. D was also super awesome with his knowledge and expertise🙏🏽🥰
